Picong, formerly known as Sultan Gumander, is a 4th-class municipality in the Philippines. It is part of Lanao del Sur in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, located in Mindanao.
It has a population of 18,907 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 277.56 square kilometers. It consists of 19 barangays.
In the 2022 elections, the municipality has 13,932 registered voters.
