    Lorna Regina Bautista Legarda (born on January 28, 1960 in Malabon City), popularly known as Loren, is a deputy speaker and the representative of the lone district of Antique in the House of Representatives, serving since 2019. She is a former broadcaster and senator.

    She was a seasoned journalist at ABS-CBN before entering politics. She was first elected senator in 1998, and has served three terms since. Then, in 2019, she won the House seat representing her mother's home province.

    In 2004, she lost in her bid to become vice president, placing behind the winner, fellow broadcaster Noli de Castro.
