    Sultan Mastura is a 5th-class municipality in the Philippines. It is part of Maguindanao del Norte in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, located in Mindanao. It has a population of 25,331 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 242.07 square kilometers. It consists of 13 barangays. In the 2025 elections, the municipality has 21,858 registered voters.
