    Panglima Sugala, formerly known as Balimbing, is a 3rd-class municipality in the Philippines. It is part of Tawi-Tawi in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, located in Mindanao. It has a population of 48,055 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 416.66 square kilometers. It consists of 17 barangays. In the 2025 elections, the municipality has 19,493 registered voters.
