    Tugaya is a 5th-class municipality in the Philippines. It is part of Lanao del Sur in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, located in Mindanao. It has a population of 24,778 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 355.76 square kilometers. It consists of 23 barangays. In the 2025 elections, the municipality has 14,795 registered voters.
