    Baguio City is a 1st-class highly-urbanized city in the Philippines. It is the regional center of the Cordillera Administrative Region, located in Luzon. As a highly-urbanized city, it is administratively independent from Benguet. Baguio City has a population of 366,358 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 57.51 square kilometers. It consists of 129 barangays. In the 2025 elections, the city has 166,416 registered voters.
