    Mapun, formerly known as Cagayan de Tawi-Tawi, is a 4th-class municipality in the Philippines. It is part of Tawi-Tawi in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, located in Mindanao. It has a population of 30,038 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 181.29 square kilometers. It consists of 15 barangays. In the 2025 elections, the municipality has 19,996 registered voters.
