RICABLANCA, WILLIE JR. (PM)

Willie Magbutay Ricablanca Jr. (born in Manila) is a community organizer and Christian preacher.

Ricablanca is the national chairman of Partido Maharlika. He is the founding chairman of the Community Force Multipliers for Peace Inc. (CFMPI), a multi-sectoral organization.

He is also the president and chairman emeritus of Pastors Association for the Restoration & Tranformation Inc. (PARTI).

He does volunteer work as chief monitoring officer of the Civilian Intelligence Network, which conducts information gathering and alerts police authorities about illegal activities.
