Silvestre "Estring" Bello Jr. (born on April 10, 1934 in Santa, Ilocos Sur) is running for a senatorial seat under the ruling party PDP-Laban. He was appointed as Isabela OIC governor by Local Government Secretary Luis T. Santos from 1987 until 1988.
He is the brother of former justice secretary Silvestre "Bebot" Bello III.
