David plans to modernize the country's health system, as part of his platform to "establish a modern and dignified Filipino nation."

David wants to "build an economy that produces its own durable goods."<br><br>He plans to institute a national industrialization program, where he will appeal to businessmen to create jobs in the country. Furthermore, David plans to enter joint ventures with foreign investors in boosting the economy.

David said that he supports the passage of a "family living wage" law since it will increase the morale of FIlipino workers.

Once elected as vice president, David will urge the president to create a National Commission on Moral and Cultural Regeneration in which he will lead. This aims to teach children on having good manners and right conduct through restoring the good aspects of our culture based mainly on faith.

David plans to "restructure" the education system to ensure a more holistic development for children.

David incorporates his faith-based approach in efforts to take care of the environment.

If elected vice president, David wants to "restore sacredness in public service and governance." Part of this plan is to "make 'the certainty of getting caught and prosecuted' a real and serious deterrent in arresting crime and corruption."

David advocates uplifting and empowering downtrodden Filipinos so that they would not resort to peddling illegal drugs or doing crime just to raise their families.

David plans to craft an independent foreign policy "that is based on our collective desire to be treated with dignity by and as equals in the community of nations."

David vows to uphold the country's rights over claims not just in the West Philippine Sea but also in Sabah.

David believes that divorce, same sex marriage, and abortion should not be legalized in the country.

Among his plans is creating a separate commission that will investigate corruption issues, particularly the country's COVID-19 pandemic response.
