VALEROS, REY (IND)

Reynaldo Ilan Valeros Jr. (born in Vinzons, Camarines Norte), also known as Capt. Rey, is a seafarer and international shipping auditor.

A master mariner, Valeros once headed the Crewing Managers Association of the Philippines, which advocated for the rights of mariners. He is also a reserve officer of the Philippine Navy.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he expressed doubts about the vaccines and pushed for natural preventive medicine. He was among those arrested in an anti-vaccine rally in January 2022 for not following health protocols.
