DEL ROSARIO, MONSOUR (PDR)

Manuel Monsour Tabib del Rosario III, popularly known as Monsour (born on May 11, 1965 in Manila), is an actor, martial artist, and politician. He served as councilor of the 1st District of Makati from 2010 to 2016, and as congressman of the same district from 2016 to 2019.

Prior to entering politics, he gained fame as a martial artist and ranked first in the Philippines' Lightweight Division while he was on the Philippine National Taekwondo team. He is also an eight-time National Lightweight champion and earned gold medals at the 14th and 15th Southeast Asian Games.

Aside from his athletic career, Del Rosario was also an actor and remained active from 1986 to 2006.
