PADILLA, DRA. MINGUITA (PDR)

Ma. Dominga Belling Padilla (born on September 17, 1959, in Pasay City), popularly known as Minguita, is a medical doctor and associate professor at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of the Philippines, Manila.

She is running for a Senate seat under the Partido para sa Demokratikong Reporma.
