Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, popularly known as General Guillermo (born on November 13, 1965 in Tagkawayan, Quezon) is a retired police officer. He served as chief of the Philippine National Police in 2021 and retired six months after. He formerly led the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
He is a senatorial candidate under Partido Reporma, substituting for Paolo Capino.
